The project plan has been approved, and now we move on to the next phase of the preparations:
1. Creating a project plan spreadsheet. This has been set up here.
2. Allocating roles and responsibilities. I have tentatively suggested who should do what on the spreadsheet referred to above.
3. Listing and posting resources identified specifically for this project. A list has been received from Kay Lear at the LGfL, and I have added a couple of video repository websites. This list has also been included in the spreadsheet referred to earlier.
4. Planning the meetings, which I have already started to do (guess where the details are!)
5. This blog is itself part of the project, although it may be moved to the MLE if/when a suitable room has been created.
